Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please let us know within 7 days of placing it, provided the goods have not yet shipped.
Once your order is on its way, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to put things right.
Please notify us within 20 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo if possible, so we can resolve it quickly.
Returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, and with packaging intact.
Exchanges
We’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges for sizing, colour, or style if stock allows.
Requests should be made within 20 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are covered by the retailer unless the product was faulty or supplied in error.
