How to use instructions
Light the tip of one stick over fire. Extinguish the flame by blowing or fanning. Stick should emit a glowing ember and fragrance with smoke. Return smouldering Sensory Stick to the MAHŌ Incense burner.
Tips
For larger spaces or to achieve higher fragrance intensity, burn multiple sticks as desired.
Place sensory stick away from you for a less smokey scent throw.
Break stick for lesser burn time, for example, break a sensory stick in half for a 30 minutes burn time.
Ingredients
Variety of woods – we select the finest woods to use depending on which fragrance we blend with. Woods we use include sandalwood, agarwood, whitewoods.
The complicated formulation on selecting the right woods to compliment the right scent throw, for example Gypsy Wood is a lighter fragrance so we blend this with lighter fragrant white woods, whereas our Rose Bois is more robust so we use sandalwood.
Natural aromatic resin or Balsam which are fragrant resinous substance that flows from a plant. We typically use this to bind the ingredients together, further enhancing the natural fragrance of our Sensory Sticks.
Elm powder derived from the slippery elm tree, this is the inner bark of the tree and traditionally used in natural medicines for coughs and sore throat amongst others. We find the result of the scent and smoke induces calm and relaxation which are some of the great qualities that our products possess.
